Fifth meeting in Marseilles (30 November – 1 December 2017) to set as a whole the guidelines, orientations, interventions, actions (examined in the other meeting) to identify the Best Practices not only in terms of effective and functioning services for the immigrant population, but also in terms of true acknowledgement of cultural diversity and of keeping an open dialogue especially with young people; special focus will be on the definition of a Best Practice in the reception of refugees and asylum seekers;
